仏流通大手のPPRは2日、米国のスポーツウエア大手ボルコムを買収すると発表した。傘下のスポーツ用品ブランド独プーマを中心にスポーツ・ライフスタイル事業を強化する戦略の一環。ボルコムの株主に4月29日の終値を24％上回る1株24.50ドルを支払う方針で、買収総額は6億750万ユーロに上る。
