エンジン大手の独トグナムは18日、独ダイムラーと英ロールスロイスが同社に対して共同提案した株主公開買い付け（TOB）計画を取締役会と監査役会が支持すると発表した。TOB価格を当初計画の1株当たり24ユーロから26ユーロに引き上げたことを評価した。2社はトグナムの時価総額を34億ユーロとし、当初よりも2億6,000万ユーロ引き上げた格好となる。
