独ソフト大手のソフトウエア・エー・ジー社は23日、米同業テラコッタを買収することで合意したと発表した。クラウドコンピューティング関連のサービスを強化する狙い。買収金額は千万ユーロのケタ台の半ばと表現するにとどめ、具体額を明らかにしていない。テラコッタは2003年の設立で、従業員数は55人。
