検査サービス大手の独Tuev Suedは16日、イタリアの同業Bytest S.r.l.を買収したと発表した。低迷するドイツの車検市場への依存度を引き下げるとともに、国際事業を強化する戦略の一環。Bytestは非破壊検査の有力企業。従業員数は120人、売上高は1,100万ユーロ。
