エネルギー独最大手のEonは4日、国内の地域エネルギー子会社を現在の7社から4社に減らすと発表した。政府のエネルギー転換政策を受けて経営資源を絞り込む考え。Eon Mitte、Eon Thueringer-Energie、Eon Westfalen Weserへの出資比率を過半数未満に引き下げる方向で、これら3社に出資する自治体系エネルギー事業者とすでに交渉を開始した。
