保険大手の独Allianzは8日、仏Gan Eurocourtageの損害・事故保険事業を仏Groupamaから買収すると発表した。主要市場のフランスで販売力を強化する狙いで、買収によりAllianzの現地保険ブローカーは約2倍の2,500人に拡大する。買収金額は非公開。ロイター通信は業界筋の情報として1億ユーロ強と報じた。取引は第4四半期に成立する見通し。
