暖房メーカーの独Centrotecは4日、太陽電池モジュールを製造する元子会社Centrosolarの株式26.14％を市場外取引で売却したと発表した。太陽電池価格の大幅下落を受けてCentrosolarは同社の利益を圧迫してきた経緯がある。今回の売却で全株式を放出。今後は中核事業の暖房・空調設備に経営資源を集中する。
