化学商社世界最大手の独Brenntagは15日、南米の同業Delanta Groupを買収することで基本合意したと発表した。現地の販売網を強化する狙い。取引金額は1,440万ドル。Delanta Groupはアルゼンチン、ウルグアイ、チリの3国に事業拠点を持ち、染料、塗料、セラミック、建設、食品業界向けに特殊化学品を納入している。2011年の売上高は2,430万ドルだった。
