スペイン電気通信大手Telefonicaの独法人Telefonica Germanyは30日、株式市場へのデビューを果たした。初値は売り出し価格（5.60ユーロ）を10セント上回る5.70ユーロ。新規株式公開（IPO）の規模は14億5,000万ユーロに上っており、欧州市場では過去1年半で最大となった。今回のIPOによりTelefonicaの出資比率は100％から77％に低下した。
