コスメティック製造大手の独Beiersdorfは5日、トルコの合弁会社EBC Eczacibasi-Beiersdorf Kozmetik Ueruenler Sanayi ve Ticaretの資本50％を現地提携先のEczacibasi Holdingから来年1月1日付で譲り受け完全子会社化すると発表した。トルコ市場の重要性が高まっていることを受けた措置。取引は独禁当局の承認を経て成立する。両社は1993年に同合弁を設立した。今後も個々の事業分野で協働していく。
