自動車部品大手の独Freudenbergは17日、スウェーデンの同業Trelleborgグループと折半出資の合弁会社を設立することで基本合意したと発表した。空気バネと足回り部品を共同開発・生産する計画。新会社は従業員数8,100人で、売上高は12億ユーロに上る見通し。世界17カ国に拠点を持つことになる。
