建設大手の墺Strabagは7日、スイスの同業Brunner ErbenとAstradaを買収すると発表した。現地でのプレゼンスを強化する狙いで、買収によりスイス事業の売上高は8億スイスフラン（6億1,500万ユーロ）に倍増。同国市場3位の建設事業者へと浮上する。
