スイスのインプラント大手Synthesは18日、製薬大手の米Johnson & Johnsonが同社を吸収合併する方向で交渉している事実を明らかにした。メディア報道を追認した格好。ロイター通信によると、買収提示額は200億ドルで、15日の終値を11％上回っている。取引が成立するかどうかはSynthes株を計48％保有する富豪ハンスイェルク・ヴィス氏の動向にかかっているようだ。
