化学大手のBASFは5月30日、スチレン系樹脂事業を英Ineosとの合弁会社に移管する本契約を締結したと発表した。両社は欧州連合（EU）・欧州委員会の承認を待って新会社Styrolutionをフランクフルトに設立。計50億ユーロ程度の資産を移管する。
