自動車部品大手のBoschは18日、ソフト開発の独inubit AGを完全買収すると発表した。inubitはビジネス・プロセス・マネジメント（BPM）を手がける企業で、従業員数は100人。昨年は1,000万ユーロを売り上げた。Boschはインターネットを活用して新たなビジネス分野を開拓する考えで、現在そのために必要なソフトのノウハウを強化している。今後もソフト企業の買収を行う意向だ。
