電機大手の独Siemensは7月29日、排熱ボイラー製造・サービスの蘭NEMと同Nem Energy Service（NES）を投資会社HTP Capitalから買収すると発表した。コンバインドサイクル発電設備事業を強化する狙い。買収金額は取引成立までのNEMとNESの業績を踏まえて最終決定するが、1億7,000万ユーロ程度となる見通しだ。NEMとNESは従業員数が合わせて約1,000人で、2010年9月期の売上高は3億2,500万ユーロだった。
