Deutsche Bankのアッカーマン頭取は14日、来年5月に予定していた監査役会長への就任を取り止めると発表した。ブロイアー前頭取を被告とする民事訴訟で偽証した容疑がかかり、家宅捜査を受けたことが理由とみられる。監査役会長への任命に必要な株主の25％以上の承認を受けられない恐れがあるためだ。『フランクフルター・アルゲマイネ』紙によると、米国のファンドは捜査の対象となっている候補者を支持することを禁止されているという。
