エネルギー大手のEonは14日、原発廃止政策に伴い廃炉を命じられたのは所有権の不当な侵害に当たるとして連邦憲法裁判所に違憲訴訟を起こした。廃炉で生じる損害の補償を求める考え。原発廃止の撤回は要求していない。
