経営難の建材大手Pfleidererが7月の臨時株主総会で決議した経営再建計画は違法として株主と債権者の一部が提訴していた係争で、フランクフルト地方裁判所は15日、同計画を無効とする判決を下した。社債がオランダの法律に基づいて発行されていたにもかかわらず株主総会でドイツ法に基づく取り扱いをしたことや、株主に十分な情報を提供していなかったことを問題視した。Pfleidererは控訴して争う意向だ。
