大手鉄鋼商社の独Kloecknerは25日、スイスの同業Blaesi AGを現地子会社Debrunner Koenig Holding AGを通して買収したと発表した。Blaesiは建築物用の鋼管や水栓を取り扱っており、2008年の売上高は約3,200万ユーロ。Kloecknerは買収によりスイス市場での競争力を強化する。買収金額は明らかにしていない。
