後発医薬品大手Stadaのレッツラフ社長は30日、適正な価格であれば他社による買収提案を受け入れるとの立場を明らかにした。競合のRatiopharmは先ごろ、世界最大手のTevaに買収されることが決まっており、StadaはRatiopharmの競売入札で敗れたPfeizer、Actavisが同社の買収に意欲を示すと予想。自力経営の継続に自信を示しながらも、条件が合えば他社の傘下に入る可能性を視野に入れ始めた。
