自動車部品・機械の中堅メーカーLaepple（ハイルブロン）は8月26日の株主総会で工具部門をポルトガルの投資家を中心とするコンソーシアムに売却することを決議、9月1日付で譲渡した。事業再編の一環で、同社は今後もリストラを進めるとしている。取引価格は公表しないことで合意した。Laeppleの従業員数は2,400人で、昨年は4億9,200万ユーロを売り上げた。
