独銀行最大手のDeutsche Bankは21日、同行が実施予定のPostbank買収で株式公開買い付け（TOB）の価格を1株当たり25ユーロに設定すると発表した。これは連邦金融監督庁（Baffin）が算出した法定の最低金額で、Deutsche Bankが提示していた予想額（24～25ユーロ）の範囲内にも収まっている。Postbankの買収などに伴い実施する増資の規模については102億ユーロに上ることを20日に明らかにした。
