投資家ディートマール・ホップ氏（ソフト大手SAPの設立者の1人）の投資会社Dieviniがバイオ医薬品開発のAgennixへの出資比率を従来の29％から59％に引き上げ、子会社化した。総額7,600万ユーロの第3者割当増資をほぼ単独で引き受けた。Agennixは今回の増資によりがん治療薬「Talactoferrin」の開発資金を確保、2011年末にも認可申請を行う見通しだ。
