独金融監督庁（BaFin）は11月29日、スペインの建設大手ACSが計画している独同業Hochtiefの買収を許可すると発表した。当初は買収資金の手当てに疑問を提示していたが、ACSが改善要求に応じたためゴーサインを出した。ACSはHochtiefに約30％出資する筆頭株主。今後は他の株主からHochtief株を買い増し、買収を目指す。
