独最大手銀行のDeutsche Bankは11月26日、Postbankに対する株式公開買い付け（TOB）で、同行株式の約21％を追加取得し、持ち株比率が50％を超えたと発表した。これにより買収は成功、年内にPostbankを統合することになった。
