流通大手の独Metroは20日、フランスで展開するSaturnブランドの家電チェーン計34店舗を仏投資会社HTMに売却し、低成長の仏家電市場から撤退すると発表した。取引金額は非公開。34店舗の年商は5億8,300万ユーロに上る。HTMはこれら店舗の従業員を全員、継続雇用する。
