独バーデン・ヴュルテンベルク州立銀行LBBWが独民間最大手銀行のDeutsche Bankを米ニューヨーク州最高裁判所に提訴したことが12月27日、明らかになった。MBS（不動産担保融資を裏付け債権として発行された証券）に関する2007年の取引でDeutsche Bankが虚偽の情報を提供したため損失を被ったとして、1億7,300万ドルの損害賠償を請求している。
