独大手銀行Commerzbankが7日発表した2013年1-3月期（第1四半期）の最終損益は9,400万ユーロの赤字となり、前年同期の黒字（3億6,900万ユーロ）から大幅に悪化した。赤字計上は2四半期連続。人員削減を伴う組織再編と企業向け融資事業の営業減益が響いた格好。3月末時点の狭義の中核自己資本比率（バーゼル3ベース）は7.5％で、前四半期末から0.1ポイント後退した。同行は増資とリスク資産の圧縮を通して14年末までに同比率を9％に引き上げる計画だ。
