建設大手の独Bilfingerは27日、道路や公共施設などの運営を請け負うコンセッション事業から撤退する方針を明らかにした。戦略的な重要性がなくなったためとしている。今後、関心を示す投資家と売却交渉を行う意向だ。同社は主に欧州、北米、オーストラリアでコンセッション事業を展開してきた。
