化学品商社大手の独Brenntagは17日、インドのバイオ企業Zytexグループから食品添加剤のディストリビューター事業を買収すると発表した。現地の食品産業向け事業を強化する狙い。取引金額は公表していない。買収手続きは今月中に終了する見通しという。
