2010年12月通期決算の純利益は58億ユーロで、前年から30％減少。南欧事業を中心に26億ユーロの減損処理を行ったほか、天然ガス調達価格の高止まりが響いた。前年のような資産売却益がなかったことも反映された。売上高は16％増の929億ユーロ。
