香港のコングロマリット・長江実業は25日、同社を中核とするアジア企業のコンソーシアムが英ガス供給会社MGNガス・ネットワークスを買収することで合意したと発表した。買収額は6億4,500万ポンド（約8億2,400万ユーロ）。

MGNガス・ネットワークスは、ウェールズとイングランド南西部の740万世帯を顧客とする英ガス供給会社ウェールズ＆ウエスト・ユーティリティーズ（WWU）の親会社。
