オランダの高級車メーカー、スパイカー・カーズ は2月23日、米ゼネラルモーターズ（GM）傘下のスウェーデン自動車大手サーブについて、所有権の移転手続きが完了したと発表した。同社は今年1月、サーブの買収でGMと合意。2月には欧州連合（EU）の欧州委員会が、欧州投資銀行（EIB）によるサーブへの融資をスウェーデン政府が保証することを承認している。
