米ゼネラルモーターズ（GM）のドイツ子会社オペル は10日、ドイツ東部で発生した洪水の被害者に代車を3週間、無料で提供すると発表した。希望者は、保有車が洪水被害で走行できない状態にあることを証明する警察、消防署、自治体、技術救援活動隊（THW）などの書類を提示すれば同サービスを利用できる。問い合わせ先はオペルのホットラインまたはオペルのディーラーとなっている。
