タイヤ大手の韓国タイヤ は17日、ハンガリー工場の第2生産ラインを稼働させたと発表した。新ラインの生産能力は1日当たり最大1万7,000本。2011年後半からフル稼働体制に入るという。生産の拡大に伴い新たに700人を採用する予定。新ラインの稼働で同工場の生産能力は全体で1日当たり約3万5,000本に拡大する。同社は2007年から中部フェイェール県のラーチャルマーシュ（Racalmas）でタイヤ生産を開始している。08年9月に着工した第2ラインには2億3,000万ユーロを投資してきた。
