フォード はこのほど、フェイスブックで電気自動車（EV）「フォーカス」の写真を公開した。同モデルは7日、ラスベガスのコンシューマエレクトロニクスショー（CES）で発表する予定。翌週の10日から開催されるデトロイトモーターショーに先駆けての出展となるが、同社ではCESへの出展を通して新技術に関心を持つ新たな顧客層にアピールしたい考え。EV「フォーカス」は2012年式「フォーカス」と車台を共有する。電池容量23kWhのリチウムイオン電池を搭載し、1回のフル充電で100マイルを走行できるという。
