フォード は3月1日に開幕するジュネーブモーターショーで小型MPV「Bマックス」を初公開する。同モデルは左右のリアドアにスライドドアを採用し、両側のBピラーをはずしたのが最大の特徴。Bピラーをなくしたことで開口部の長さで1.5メートルを確保し、乗降性を大幅に向上させた。また、フロントガラスがルーフまで達しているため、車内の開放感も高まった。エンジンはフォード初となる1リットル3気筒ターボチャージャー付き小型エコブーストを搭載。アイドリングストップ機能を標準装備する。
