伊ブレーキシステム大手のブレンボ は先ごろ、アルゼンチンのブレーキディスクメーカーPerdrielを330万ドルで買収する契約に署名したと発表した。ブレンボは、ブラジルですでに60％のシェアを持っており、今回の買収で南米のブレーキディスク事業をさらに強化する予定。同社は今年7月にPerdrielの株式の75％を取得する。3年後に残り25％を取得できるオプション権も確保した。
