独自動車部品大手のシェフラー の監査役会は26日、企業形態を有限会社（GmbH）から株式会社（AG）に変更することを承認した。10月に商業登記手続きを行う。株式を市場に公開する計画はないが、株式会社となることで事業の透明性が高まり、社債の発行が容易になるなどの利点があるという。
