独自動車部品大手のシェフラー は13日、企業形態を有限会社（GmbH）から株式会社（AG）に変更する商業登記手続きを完了したと発表した。同社の監査役会は9月に株式会社への変更を承認していた。株式会社になることで、事業の柔軟性が高まり、様々な可能性が広がると説明している。ただ、株式を市場に公開する計画は今のところないとしている。
