独高級車メーカーのBMW は、「1シリーズ」のバンを2012年10月に開催されるパリオートサロンで発表する計画のもようだ。独自動車専門誌『auto motor und sport』が同社筋から得た情報として報じた。同モデルは前輪駆動で、全長は4.20メートルの5人乗りモデル。プラットフォームは2013年に発売予定の次世代MINIと共通化し、アイドリングストップ機能を標準装備する予定という。
