独自動車大手のダイムラー は4月に開催される北京モーターショーで、比亜迪汽車（BYD）と共同開発している中国市場向けの電気自動車の試作車を展示する計画だ。ダイムラーのトーマス・ウェーバー開発担当取締役が26日発行の独経済誌『ヴィルツシャフツヴォッヘ』に明らかにした。試作車の出展により外観や性能の概要などを初めて公表する。同取締役によると、両社が開発する電気自動車は、ダイムラーの旧型「Bクラス」をベースとしており、新たなブランドから発売する計画という。
