蘭半導体大手のNXPセミコンダクターズ はこのほど、米自動車部品大手のデルファイ と戦略的中核サプライヤーの1社となることで合意したと発表した。インフォテイメントやネットワークソリューション向けの自動車用半導体などが対象となる。具体的には、カーラジオとオーディオシステムをワンチップに統合したNXPの「SAF775x」シリーズの投入や、デジタルラジオの受信に使用する「SAF36xx」シリーズを今後も採用することなどが盛り込まれている。
