米電気スポーツカーメーカーのテスラ・モーターズ は8月29日、ノルウェーに急速充電設備のネットワークを整備すると発表した。同社の「モデルS」の所有者は無料で充電できるという。具体的には、E6号線のトロンハイム～オスロ間や、E18号線のオスロ～クリスチャンサン間、E39号線のクリスチャンサン～スタヴァンゲル間、高速道路7号線のオスロ～ゴル間などに設置する。これにより、ノルウェーの人口の約90％が320キロメートル以内に急速充電ステーションを見つけることができるようになるという。
