スイスの重電大手ABBは15日、オーストラリアのエネルギー機器メーカーPowercorpを買収することで合意したと発表した。製品の幅を広げるほか、これまで手薄だった豪州で足場を強化する狙い。取引金額は公表しないことで合意した。Powercorpは再生可能エネルギー分野の制御機器に強い。従業員数は30人。
