自動車大手の独Daimlerがロシアのトラック最大手Kamazへの出資比率を従来の15％から25％プラス1株に引き上げることを、ロシアの独禁当局が承認した。商用車部門を統括するアンドレアス・レンシュラー取締役が19日、明らかにした。出資比率の拡大により、同社はKamazの重要決議を拒否できるようになる。レンシュラー取締役によると、出資比率をさらに引き上げる可能性はあるものの、現時点で買収の考えはないという。
