ドイツ連邦統計局が7月28日発表した独メーカーのビール出荷高（ノンアルコールビールを除く）は約4,950万ヘクトリットルとなり、前年同月から1.0％増加した。減少傾向が続く国内市場向けも好天が追い風となり0.2％増の4,140万ヘクトリットルへと拡大している。国外販売は欧州連合（EU）域外向けが13.6％増の210万ヘクトリットルと2ケタ増を記録。EU加盟国向けも2.7％増の590万ヘクトリットルと好調だった。
