自動車大手の独Volkswagen（VW、ヴォルフスブルク）が10月27日発表した2011年1-9月期決算の最終利益は136億4,200万ユーロとなり、前年同期（40億2,900万ユーロ）の3倍以上に拡大した。本業が好調だったほか、未取得のPorsche株の購入オプションで評価益を計上したことがプラスに働いた格好だ。

売上高は1,162億7,900万ユーロで25.6％増加。営業利益は86.0％増の89億7,700万ユーロに達し、2010年通期実績（71億ユーロ）を超えた。
