流通大手のMetroは4日、傘下の家電量販店Media Marktが中国に進出すると発表した。年内にも上海に店舗を開設し、2015年までに100店舗を同国に設置する意向だ。中国出店に当たっては現地のパソコン部品メーカーFoxconn Technology Groupと合弁会社を設立、Metroは75％を出資し経営権を掌握する。
